The brief for this project required research and prototyping to develop a concept for an interactive exhibition at the Power House Museum. After the development of the concept, a short video was required to communicate the experience and interaction for the participant.
My animation responds through the developed digital illustrations, adobe After Effects animation and story telling script to produce an advertisement showcasing the interactive exhibit for the Bugatti 37A.
collectiveness
Insights revealed the PowerHouse Museum's most regular attendants arrived in groups of 2-3 people. My challenge was to design an interactive prototype for the Bugatti 37A on display, which targeted and engaged multiple groups in an all inclusive experience.
Through story-Boarding developed from user mapping, task flows and prototypes, 'The Spectator' experience was produced. The experience focuses on highlighting the importance of spectator-ship during the introduction of motor race culture within Australia, whilst encouraging audiences to engage in an interactive exhibition that thrives on group motivation.

Loud,
quick,
Fast.
The Spectator experience aims to synthesise the role of spectators at the Grand Prix 1928
and present visitors at the Icons Exhibition. By eliminating the absence of sensory experience, the present user is able to re-imagine themselves in historical context by tracing auditory, visual and somatosensory stimuli to recount the experience to the highest capacity.

Ultimately the interaction acts as a simulation using Motion Tracking & LED screens to create a dynamic space for the general public as they participate in a historic setting providing insights on new social, mechanical and aesthetic foundations of the era.
